Infoshop March 2012 Events Calendar

Greetings,

Here is the March 2012 calendar! Please spread the word and be sure to stop by to pick up some printed calendars.

This months calendar cover is also printed on a tshirt and patches. Stop by to pick one up, proceeds go to support the infoshop.
We are in need of volunteers and new collective members! Please come one of our volunteer meetings on Fridays at 5:30pm to find out how you can support and be part of this community space.
Donations are always welcome! You can make a monetary donation online or at the infoshop. Other donations of items such as bike repair tools and supplies, books for the lending library, garden hose (approx. 50 ft), rain gutters, paint… are needed as well!
We have plots available for the neighborhood/community garden! Email us atinfofosho@gmail.com for more info or to reserve a spot.

We’re also seeking used computer donations and flat screen computer monitors for a community computer lab.

Closed Sundays & Mondays

Thurs. 8th – (International Women’s Day) Subversive Pillow Theatre “American Violet” – 6pm

Based on true events, AMERICAN VIOLET tells the astonishing story of Dee Roberts, a 24 year-old African American single mother of four young girls living in a small Texas town who is barely making ends meet on a waitress salary and government subsidies.

As a director and his crew shoot a controversial film about Christopher Columbus in Cochabamba, Bolivia, local people rise up against plans to privatize the water supply.
